SAFEFRAME™9 – a cost effective replacement for 1st Generation inflatable decontamination units.

The reality of the task faced by A&E staff in the event of mass self-presenters is overwhelming. With this in mind, NBC Group has devised the SF9 decontamination shelter system to make life simpler for A&E Decontamination providers.

The shelter can be permanently fixed to the A&E entrance, and simply pulled open when required. The decon system is all contained within, transforming the A&E entrance into a decontaminating thoroughfare. This reduces the risk of contaminated self-presenters entering the hospital environment. Furthermore, it means no assembly, no lifting, and reduced crowd control, which allows nursing staff to focus on treatment of casualties rather than scene set up.
