Service & Maintenance

NBC Group has developed a Preventative Maintenance Service designed to make life as simple as possible. We have a team of expert engineers and a transparent, measurable service administration system.

Our engineers are available 24/7 for urgent unscheduled equipment repairs.

NBC Group has maintenance contracts with a number of Acute Trusts, including Cambridgeshire NHS Trust, Sandwell & Birmingham NHS Trust, Bro Morgannwg NHS Trust.

Asset Tracking

NBC Group utilises an industry-leading asset management system which means that every piece of equipment can be bar-coded and tracked. Data is recorded so that all equipment has a traceable service history and can be uniquely identified. The system relieves the Customer's administrative burden by providing detailed equipment service reports and automatically generating reminders when scheduled preventative maintenance is due.

Face Fit testing

NBC Group undertake Qualitative Face Fit Testing of Respiratory Protective Equipment Face pieces to significantly increase the protection provided to the wearer. NBC Group can also supply masks and testing kits.
