Building Construction
We use only skilled tradesmen including: carpenters, bricklayers, roofers, electricians, plumbers and glaziers for our projects.
DBS Clearance
We realise that at times we have to work around vulnerable people. Rest assured that all our contractors and trades who come into these situations are DBS cleared.
Advice & Consultancy
David Nolan (MCIOB) has demonstrated a high standard of professional competence by becoming a member of the Chartered Institute of Building. David will be happy to advise you on new and existing projects.
Site Management
It is a major focus to meet our client’s expectations whilst maintaining high standards of health, and safety. This is very important to David Nolan, our founder, who is a chartered member of CIOB.
