Our Company
With 25 years of experience in the construction industry under his belt, David Nolan established Nolan Building & Consultancy Ltd five years ago to specialise in refurbishment of commercial property and cater to all potential clients in the area requiring building work or consultation. We are a local, family-run construction company. Our company has grown in size over the last few years, but we have remained a small business, which enables us to develop close working relationships with all of our clients and to dedicate ourselves fully to each individual project.
Managing projects of all sizes
Although we manage projects of various sizes, we always aim to limit the number we run simultaneously in order to offer each client our full commitment. In addition to renovating domestic properties, a large amount of our work is in the refurbishment of schools, offices and working on listed buildings.

By utilising their extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of building and renovation works, we are able to guarantee the highest level of workmanship and finish to each project. What we do
Nolan Building & Consultancy have all the skills and expertise required to provide every aspect of Commercial and domestic requirements. We have over the last several years completed countless refurbishments and home renovation projects. Our focus and determination are both solely centred around you, resulting in a completely bespoke and personal service.
A Chartered Construction Manager with the CIOB
The director of the company is a Chartered Construction Manager, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). He is very much hands-on in every project. Our mission is to exceed your expectations, we will also guide you through the design process and construction phase. We then set about turning these visions into a reality. We are well placed to service the needs of our growing client base throughout the Southeast and surrounding areas. We look forwards to hearing from you and joining our many satisfied clients.
Building construction
We use only skilled tradespeople including: carpenters, bricklayers, roofers, electricians, plumbers and glaziers for our projects.
Advice and building consultancy
David Nolan (MCIOB) has demonstrated a high standard of professional competence by becoming a member of the Chartered Institute of Building. David will be happy to advise you on new and existing projects.
Where We Cover
Based in Caterham, just outside South London, we have undertaken projects in London, Surrey, Kent, Sussex, and occasionally Berkshire and Hampshire too.
